ICARE is a strengths-based child development & school readiness program. We offer individualized home visit services in Kootenai & Shoshone Counties, parenting classes and child sexual abuse prevention workshops. Visits are provided by nationally certified Parent Educators using the Parents as Teachers Curriculum.
